This semi-automatic device is intended for the final assembly of pre-assembled parts. The final product – the adapter is composed of several components, the main two of which are screwed together at the end of the assembly cycle with a precisely defined tightening torque. The DEPRAG tightening unit is used for precise tightening. Starting the device after inserting the pre-assembled part is performed by pressing the capacitive button.

For safety reasons, a SICK optical barrier is installed on the machine. The result is immediately shown on the display via the installed PLC. If an error is detected, a warning light comes on and the piece is thrown into the NOK shaft. The process of fall is detected by located fly-through sensor.

All production data is immediately sent to customer’s server.
